
Contracts Administrator

We are seeking a talented Contract Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in our continued success.
Position Overview: As a Contract Administrator, you will be a key player in ensuring the efficient and effective management of contracts related to construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain contract compliance, monitor project progress, and support the delivery of projects on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Administer and maintain contracts, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
- Contract Negotiation: Participate in contract negotiation and assist in the preparation of contracts for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets and expenditures to identify potential cost overruns and work with project managers to address them.
- Document Management: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts, change orders, and project correspondence.
- Progress Reporting: Generate regular progress reports for project stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate contract-related risks and issues.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate contract fulfillment.
- Compliance: Ensure that all project activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
- Facility Management: Review, assess, and arrange new office accommodations when necessary to meet the growing needs of the business.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in contract administration.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and contract law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong ability to manage documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint .
- Familiarity with construction project management software is a plus.
