We are seeking a Privacy Officer to join our Government client on a 3-month initial contract with the potential for extension. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on critical projects, interact with various departments, and contribute to the development and implementation of robust privacy policies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide policy advice and support on information privacy matters.
- Respond to privacy inquiries and complaints.
- Assist in managing and resolving privacy incident.
- Develop, update, and implement privacy policies.
- Deliver targeted training sessions on privacy.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in privacy compliance or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of privacy laws and regulations, especially those relevant to government entities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Government experience - advantageous
