**About the Role**

We’re looking for a practical, systems-savvy Inventory/Stock Controller to take ownership of our rental stock—specifically furniture, frames, and flooring. This role is part coordinator, part operator. You’ll be actively involved in picking, packing, and preparing inventory for dispatch, while also managing rental availability, tracking condition, raising purchasing needs, and aligning stock to job requirements.

You’ll work closely with Designers, Account Managers, and Production teams to validate what’s needed, and with Install Managers to ensure the right items arrive on-site—correct, clean, and on time.

**What You’ll Do**
- Be the first point of contact for rental asset queries from 3D, AM, and Production teams
- Manage stock availability and usage planning for active projects
- Pick, pack, and prepare rental items for upcoming jobs—especially furniture, flooring, and frames
- Generate pick lists and submit transport requests to Operations
- Coordinate with Install Managers for job timing and handoffs
- Track asset usage, damage, and maintenance requirements post-event
- Raise business cases for rental item replenishment or procurement
- Maintain stock accuracy in internal software and help roll out QR tracking tech
- Own and track rental make/procure budgets in line with project forecasts

**About You**
- 3+ years in a physical operations or inventory coordination role
- Experience handling and managing reusable items (e.g., event furniture, flooring, staging)
- Comfortable balancing hands-on work (manual handling, packing) with system/data responsibilities
- Strong communicator—confident across creative, logistics, and install teams
- Proficient in Excel and ideally familiar with systems like Intellievent or NetSuite
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and unafraid of fast-moving warehouse environments
- Forklift licence preferred (or willing to obtain)

**Why Join Us**
- Shape how we scale operations toward $20M+ turnover
- Be both strategic and hands-on in a fast-moving, event-focused business
- Get exposure to new systems and process improvement projects
- Work in a collaborative team that values ownership, accuracy, and proactive thinking
