**About Your Role: Inventory Controller**

This key role is to support the Industrial Centre of Competence. You will be in charge of customer furnished equipment and Government furnished equipment that is held under Thales’ control including receiving, distribution and shipping. You will partner closely with the warehousing team and project managers ensuring customer owned parts are managed with the highest level of service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing the packing of Customer equipment based on predefined rules
- Preparing the shipping documentation and arranging shipments to the customer ensuring compliance with applicable national and foreign export & re-export regulations
- Ensuring stock take work practice meet the requirements of the customer
- Processing stores and Urgent Defect / Aircraft on Ground demands received from the customer
- Preparing all inventory reports for the customer
- Raise purpose orders in the Commonwealth ERP (MILLIS) System

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- Basic knowledge of Production and Repair processes
- Knowledge of inventory management and flow management methodologies
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain
- Forklift Licence
- Experience with ERP, SAP, MILLIS
- Strong problem-solving skills and agility
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
