**About Our Client**:
As the Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of logistics and warehouse activities. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Providing excellent customer service to clients, carriers, and internal staff, coordinating various tasks effectively and accurately.
- Acting as a liaison between all stakeholders, facilitating the exchange of information quickly and efficiently.
- Generating reports and quotes with a high level of data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets, operational KPIs, and customer service standards.
- Inputting data into our systems, including the Movex system, freight company log ins, and ERP systems.

In this role, you will:

- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting.
- Provide timely and efficient quotes and respond to customer service requests.
- Handle customer and supplier issues, including lost/damaged shipments and service interruption mitigation.
- Complete supplier invoice validation and customer invoice costing.
- Manage returns and credit creation.
- Generate monthly KPI reports as directed by your manager.

**The Successful Applicant**:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Experience in warehousing and logistics coordination.
- Strong office skills, with the ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel for reporting purposes.
- A firm personality, capable of managing expectations and pushing back when necessary.
- A driven and growth-oriented mentality.
- Background in purchasing and logistics.
- Previous experience with the Movex system and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Familiarity with warehouse management and inventory control processes.
