The Catering Project Group are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Distribution Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee our distribution operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods and managing our logistics team. You will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain processes, improving customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily distribution operations to ensure efficient processing and delivery.
- Coordinate transportation and routing to minimize costs and improve service levels.
- Manage and supervise the distribution staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy in tracking and reporting.
- Implement strategies to reduce excess inventory and minimize shortages.
- Analyze distribution processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to meet customer expectations.
- Address any customer inquiries or issues related to distribution.
- Assist in developing and managing the distribution budget.
- Track expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections.
