The VIP Support Analyst/Lead within the Service Delivery Unit provides essential ICT support to Treasury’s Ministerial and Senior Executive staff.

We are seeking to fill a vacancy for a VIP Support Analyst or Lead. The successful applicant will have exceptional customer service skills, well developed technical skills and experience with VIP Support activities, excellent written and oral communication, strong analytical troubleshooting of ICT solutions and the ability to work in a small team with time critical tasks.

Determination of the commencing classification level will be based on applicant skills and experience.

Your specific responsibilities include:

- Delivering premium support for Department Executive, Ministers and their staff, Executive events, committees, task forces and international staff
- Establish and maintain trust with the VIP client base by performing expert technical support while maintaining the confidentiality and showing discretion
- Enhance the technology experience for Executive and Ministerial staff by showing them how to most effectively use Treasury’s productivity suite
- Work closely with Service Desk and IT specialists to improve the support capabilities of the IT Branch
- Providing technical support and resolution for the windows desktop environment and iOS Devices
- Managing the delivery, maintenance & stock take of VIP IT assets
- Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge sharing
- After Hours Support (24x7)

**Desirable qualifications / experience**
- demonstrated experience in an ICT environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all ICT support levels
