**The Role**:
One of our valued client is looking for a talented **Filtration Product and Training Specialist** to join their Fleet guard Filtration team at our Kilsyth (VIC) branch.

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:

- Act as the Fleetguard Warranty Administrator for the South Pacific region ensuring a seamless and positive experience for customers.
- Develop, adapt and deliver training content appropriate for the audience (audience can range from apprentices to technical specialists, and internal sales/customer facing teams)
- Maintain strong internal working relationships with the Product Management, Global Warranty and Quality teams and act as a conduit to ensure the Sales and Marketing Teams are kept informed about warranty claims, and product developments, introductions and innovations.
- Experience with automotive filtration products and/or related diesel engine parts would be an advantage.

**To be successful in this role you will need the following**:

- Have ability to pick up product knowledge quickly through internal training to become a product expert.
- Have the ability to create training materials, as well as deliver/facilitate engaging training sessions with different audiences.
- The ability to build strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Build strong internal relationships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared goals.
- Be accountable to meet deadlines/commitments.
- Be able to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different customers.
- Be able to solve problems by leveraging industry standard and Fleetguard product specific methodologies to determine the assignable cause within appropriate time constraints.
- Compose and prepare engaging training content.

**Travel across Australia and New Zealand will be required, so a VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE IS ESSENTIAL
