**What You Will Be Working On**:
As a Program Delivery Lead, you will play a key role in actively contributing to the Capital Projects to plan, scope and design capital building projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the management of projects in accordance with the City's project management framework, the construction methodology and plans while all ensuring hat the City's statutory and environmental legislative requirements are met.

you will drive the implementation of project plans, monitoring performance and compliance and proactively addressing the risks.

Someone who has previosly managed the development of project plans and provided valu-added input. This role could also be a great opportunity to offer support and technical advice to internal and external stakeholders on approvals, design, construction, contracts, compliance and sustainability.

A specialist leader who has substantial experience in delivery of major building capital projects, engineering design, estimating, construction and project management will support City of Armadale rapid growth and make a positive impact on the community.

Other skills that will support you in this role include:

- Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering, Building and Construction (Structural and or Civil) or related disciplines
- Experience with developing Business Case and Project Management documentation with a qualification of Prince2 Practitioner preferable
- Significant experience with the design and construction of large and complex infrastructure or asset management projects
- Significant experience in delivering high quality infrastructure development that is aligned to future focussed environmental sustainability objectives
- Solid understanding of Contract Management, AS4000 and AS2124.
- Detailed knowledge of current environmental sustainability principles regarding the project management for building and construction management of buildings, parks, landscape, urban design
- Demonstrable experience of the safety related obligations of contractor management
- Experience in procurement and contract management of large commercial arrangements including the measurement, monitoring and management of contractor performance
