About the Role
The Leading Hand (A1) is responsible for onsite support, leadership & guidance to the Field Delivery Teams and will enjoy the following:
- $66.80ph
- Tool Of Trade vehicle
- Consistent working away opportunities
- Flexible work options
- 10/4 Roster
- Regional and Metropolitan work - LAFHA for regional work up to $355 per day
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and deliver planned works on time
- Ensure your team is compliant and has access to all tools and equipment
- Carry out work efficiently with all relevant project details recorded accurately
- Liaising and supporting field supervisors with regards to works delivery
About you
- Certificate III in ESI - Power Systems - Distribution Overhead (UET30619) or equivalent
- Current driver/'s licence – HR or above
- EWP, HRWL- DG, LF
- Strong leadership skills and proven experience in a similar position

The scope of work will include the delivery of maintenance services across Western Power's transmission, distribution network and the maintenance of large complex assets, whilst servicing customers in city centres, regional and remote communities.
