**About the Centre**
We are excited to offer an exciting opportunities for Lead Diploma Educators and Diploma Educators to join the team of a lovely service that is built on respect and trusting relationships towards the team that is well embedded in their practices.

The service has a homely feel and is exceptionally resourced The unique approach and culture is very positive and lively, all about the community culture, including the team members. The organisation believes in the key approach of compassion and understanding towards educators, so they have happy staff with little staff turnover.

The lovely centre coordinator and assistant coordinator believe in working toward staff strengths, providing support with time and guidance, and giving time for all educators with the opportunity to contribute and collaborate for their own professional growth.

There are numerous training opportunities for career growth and succession planning. Additionally, for further care, there is the added extra benefit of generous incentives on top of the great salary.

These are full-time positions with plenty of program planning time, located near the Armadale Area.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Managing and implementing high-value programs
- Collaboration and supporting co-workers
- Developing trustful and respectful relationships with children
- Building positive partnerships with families
- Collaborate with open communication with the centre manager
- Attending designated meetings and training

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Diploma in Early Childhood or higher (ACECQA recognised)
- **MINIMUM** of 1 year full-time experience in leading a room in long daycare.
- **Or,** 1 year full time working within the program in a long daycare setting.
- Understanding and knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
- High level of observation and well-written ability in documentation
- Proper understanding of Education and Care Regulations
- Current WWCC
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma
- Full working rights in Australia (no restrictions)
