**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Sands Fridge Lines are seeking Administrations specialists to work across multiple teams, lending assistance where need on a permanent, part time basis.

This role will suit someone with an eye for detail and ability to work across several departments on multiple work pieces consecutively and concurrently. We are looking for driven administrator who will improve the efficiency and processes within our business.

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Liaise with customers and provide a timely response to queries and concerns
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Prepare invoices for country customers in accordance with prescribed schedule
- Reconcile FOB customers to nil at months end
- Conduct daily stock take of milk in the warehouse
- Remove expired or damaged stock in the warehouse
- Prepare delivery documents for customers
- Prepare document orders for warehouse milk picking
- Regularly update previous days order or changes to order in the system
- Enter receipt details from suppliers for inward goods
- Generate customer invoices

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Advanced computer and MS Office skills (excel, word, outlook)
- Experience in the Transport industry is highly regarded but not essential
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to pass Medical and Drug and Alcohol screenings
- Current driving licence and reliable transport
- Willingness to learn and expand knowledge
- The right to work in Australia
