**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Auditing drivers’ paperwork ensuring all is fully and correctly completed in line with company procedures.
- Completing daily cross checks and reconciliation of trip pack paperwork (logbook vs Fatigue sheet, Pallet documentation etc )
- Reviewing log sheets and validating any down time to remove time wastage
- Coaching and holding drivers accountable drivers on their paperwork compliance and standard
- Up managing non-conformance to management

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Demonstrated safety and compliance focus
- Previous experience in a transport or logistics role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of transport management systems and processes
- Excellent time management & multi-tasking skills
- Very strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving capability.
