Workshop Administrator

We require a suitably experienced Workshop administrator to coordinate the maintenance planning of our fleet and equipment. You will ideally have a sound understanding of truck and trailer fleet maintenance, as well as workshop and spare parts.

**The Role**

You will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities by effectively planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities
- Work with the management & implement new processes to make sure you capture all required data accurately in a timely manner in Fleet maintenance system
- Responsible for day-to-day administration, data entry, record keeping and streamlining processes where necessary
- Resolving any invoicing, documentation issues associated with deliveries & workshop Jobs
- Works with Suppliers, deliver courier, our mechanic team and other Department (if any) for documentations checking / other requirements to be fulfilled related to parts in / out requests
- Assist workshop Admin team with organizing, Ordering Parts & other administrative activities
- Generate & Circulate fleet /asset management monthly reports for the business

**The Person**
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ proven and demonstrable experience in an administration role
- Accuracy and high level of attention to detail & Computer Literacy
- Intermediate knowledge and skills across Windows-based products (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Cloud based ERP System preferred
- Well-developed analytical, reporting, and planning skills with high attention to detail.
- Well-developed communication, prioritization, time management and training skills.
- Able to work without direction & excited at a challenge and able to solve problems on the run.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
