Nikpol is looking for an energetic and organised **CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ** to work in our growing Customer Service Department.

**The role reports to the Customer Service Manager and includes**:

- Address counter and telephone sales enquiries from both external and internal customers.
- Processing sales orders into the system in a timely manner
- Liaise and communicate with key customers regarding production lead times and delivery enquiries.
- Assist and resolve queries from customers promptly.
- Upsell Nikpol’s broad range of products and promote the marketing campaigns.
- Manage work priorities.
