About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team of Sales & Customer First Ambassadors.
**Key responsibilities for this role**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Provide customers with innovative solutions
- Quote generation and follow-up
- Outbound prospecting and lead qualification
- Update all activities in the CRM
- Freight Follow-up

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- At least 2 years experience in a customer facing sales role
- Building industry experience and product knowledge is highly regarded
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail - including experience working with numbers and calculations
- Solution focused with practical aptitude
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Well organised, able to multitask and work unsupervised
- Good computer literacy with accurate keyboard skills
