**About the Role**:
Vitality Support Care is urgently seeking a compassionate and reliable **Female NDIS Support Worker** to join our team in **Safety Beach, VIC**. This role involves providing personalized support to NDIS participants, helping them achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks.
- Supporting participants with community access and social activities.
- Helping with meal preparation, household tasks, and transport.
- Building positive relationships to foster independence and well-being.

**About You**:

- Caring, empathetic, and passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities.
- Previous experience in disability support or related fields (preferred but not essential).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Must hold or be willing to obtain:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate (if applicable)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $29.77 - $39.06 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
