**About the Company**:
Unidex Healthcare are a privately owned recruitment company established in 2001 and operate across Australia, with our main offices in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland. Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the healthcare field specialising in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health.

**The Role**:
We require Support Workers to partner with two different participants. Both roles involve personal care, and community access.

**Participant 1**:

- Lives in Aldinga Beach
- Double Amputee
- Behaviours of Concern (plan is in place to mitigate issues)
- Requires community access
- Only female support workers due to personal care

The participant requires support Monday to Sunday in the mornings from 10am to 2pm (10am-4pm on Wednesdays, and 10am-12pm on Mondays) and Monday to Sunday in the evenings from 8pm to 10pm.

**Participant 2**:

- Lives in Dover Gardens
- Psychosocial Client (Schitzophrenia but is being managed)
- Behaviours of concern (plan is in place to mitigate issues)
- Requires community access
- Only female support workers due to personal care

The participant requires support Monday to Saturday in the mornings for 6 hours, and Sunday for 3 hours.

**Rate of Pay**:

- Day Shift - 36.80
- Evening Shift - 41.20
- Sat Shift - 51.50
- Sun Shift - 66.24
- Travel allowance - $0.90 per km travelled when helping participant

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assistance with personal care
- Assistance with domestic tasks
- Community access

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Current Police Check
- Current First Aid / CPR Certificate
- Current Working with Disability Check (NDIS Worker Check)
- COVID19 Infection control
- NDIS 'Worker Orientation' Module
- NDIS 'Supporting Effective Communication' Module
- 100 points of ID (passport/drivers licence/birth certificate/etc)
