We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Support Workers to join our growing team in Sydney West. In this role, you will provide essential, person-centred support to individuals living with disability under the NDIS.

We offer flexible working hours, a supportive environment, and the opportunity to make a real and lasting impact.We are currently seeking both male and female workers to match the diverse needs and preferences of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and hygiene assistance (e.g., showering, grooming, dressing)
  • Support with daily living tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation, and shopping
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of equipment
  • Promote social inclusion by accompanying clients to appointments, activities, and events
  • Build respectful, empowering, and trusting relationships with clients
  • Accurately document services delivered and report any concerns or incidents

About You:
  • Genuine passion for supporting people with disability
  • Reliable, patient, and empathetic nature
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable providing personal care (where required)

Requirements:
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (as per public health orders)
  • Relevant experience or Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or similar (preferred)
