About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate female support worker who loves dogs and is passionate about helping others. You will be supporting an NDIS participant 3 to 4 days per week, providing transport, social support, and domestic assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport the client
  • Provide support between 9am–12pm, three to four days per week
  • Offer meaningful social support
  • Assist with transport to appointments and community activities
  • Provide domestic assistance in the home

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • NDIS worker screening check (or willing to obtain)
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities.
  • Knowledge of disability rights, NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme), and person-centered approaches to care.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
