**Seasonal Boutique Assistants (Fixed Term) - Brisbane**

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

With your exceptional client awareness and customer service abilities you will be instrumental in:

- Welcoming clients in to the boutique and supporting the team on managing wait times during peak periods
- Assisting the Sales Associates discreetly with various tasks during a sale process
- Ensuring an exceptional client experience at every relevant boutique touchpoint
- Coordinating between Sales Associates and hospitality team
- Gift wrapping & Personalisation of items (embossing, silk cords changes etc.)
- Assisting with Care Service duties (bringing pieces to the floor, cleaning, hand polishing and shining etc.)
- Leaving a positive last impressing on the client as they exit the boutique
- Ensuring the boutique windows, counters, etc. are in a perfect condition at all times
