**About the Role**:
Our client is a leading University seeking a Project Support Officer that will be part of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office team, that will play a key role in supporting the functionality of the EPMS and enhancing the delivery of capital projects and programs across the University.

The Project Support Officer will provide support to the EPMO Team, Project Managers and users of the system including creating projects, onboarding users, coordinating month end financial, scheduling, time-sheeting and project update processes.

**What your day will look like**:

- Maintenance of the EPMS.
- Responding and resolving queries.
- Assisting in financial processes as required.
- Run bi-weekly time sheeting process.
- Supporting other departmental tasks as required.

**You'll need Experience & Knowledge in**:

- Prior experience as a Project Administrator / Project Officer / Project Coordinator, ideally for IT projects
- A understanding of project management, and the ability to promote best practice by engaging in continuous improvement.
- Experience with MS Project online or equivalent PPM system, Office 365 and SharePoint.
- Experience in financial management / purchase order requests, invoicing etc (using Excel).
- Can develop and maintain effective working relationships
- Process mapping experience to assist and drive process improvements

**Desirable**:

- Project management qualifications such a Prince 2, Agile, PMBOK
