**About the Role**:
Our client is a leading research and teaching university seeking a **Project Officer / Administrator** to provide support to their busy project team within the Research domain.

**What your day will look like**:

- Take formal minutes and action items for meetings and ensure timely turnaround for review and distribution.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas and proactively manage attendees to ensure they are appropriately briefed
- Manage booking of venues, equipment, catering.
- Team administration including organising team meetings and associated functions
- Conducting project specific onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administer and organise project documents to ensure tracking, status and versions.
- Project control tasks, which may include monitoring the progress of risk and issue resolution, and preparation of project artefacts.

**You'll need prior project administration experience, including**:

- Meeting preparation/management,
- Financial reporting, tracking and administration of project budgets, and forecasts.
- Administration of invoices and purchase orders
- Contract administration including resource/HR contracts and vendor/service contracts and statements of work
- Working knowledge of MS Project.
- HR processes, resource and logístical administration including induction, onboarding, offboarding.
- An understanding of project methodology and/or frameworks
