We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Partnerships Manager to join our growing marketing team

We are creative, fast paced, and hard-working, looking for a like-minded team player with well-rounded relationship management and marketing skills, who can work as part of a team to drive the partnership function for Minor Hotels’ group of brands.

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role you will require the following**:

- Tertiary qualifications with a relevant degree in Marketing and or partnership management
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a national partnership/sponsorship role
- Execute partnership inclusions, seamlessly in a timely manner, whilst managing budgets as required
- Develop, manage and implement the partnerships strategy for the commercial function within the marketing team
- Manage all tourism partnerships (STOs / RTOs / LTOs), across Australia & New Zealand and leverage opportunities to implement joint campaigns, leveraging tourism grants and collaborations where available
- The ability to create new relationships and fostering existing ones
- Experience working with a national network of stakeholders
- Proven ability to execute, manage and grow partnerships
- Experience in managing and delivering successful marketing campaigns to achieve strategic goals, ROI and revenue targets
- Research skills and the ability to identify key players and generate interest to secure new partnership and sponsorship opportunities
- Collaborate with senior management and other marketing team members to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
- Comfortable in challenging the status quo, developing new and alternative ideas, constantly ‘testing and learning’, seeking to continuously improve on best performance
- High levels of creativity and out-of-the box, solution-focused thinking
- Negotiate and finalise deals in accordance with the companies’ goals and guidelines
- Attention to detail, with the ability to edit for grammar and style in line with current business copywriting standards
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills with the versatility and adaptability to work simultaneously on a variety of projects
- A proactive, solutions-focused professional with strong project management and organisational skills Familiarity with current social media platforms and evolving trends
