About the role
The Manager Clinical Partnerships provides strategic and professional leadership management for the delivery of contractual obligations associated to all outsourced activity and business that is aligned to clinical service delivery requirements.
About you
- The ability for patient focused conveying of the vision for Clinical Services Division in a way that influences and set goals and operational plans that reflect the organisations vision and direction.
- Leads the management of partnerships with multiple external to ensure successful delivery of activity while adapting to a changing environment and encouraging innovation within the services.
- Leads the relationship meetings with multiple internal partners to ensure the contractual obligations are achieved,
- Drive business practice improvement, and the associated work practices, using continuous improvement strategies to achieve best practice.
- Applies sound business management skills, including financial accountability and budget management up to or beyond $40 million.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
- Vaccinated against COVID-19 as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO.12/21and the Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70.
