**THE COMPANY**
Ora Banda Mining is a rapidly expanding gold exploration and production company operating the Davyhurst project, 120km north-west of Kalgoorlie in the highly productive Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia.

**THE ROLE**

The responsibilities of this role will include:

- Ensure that all activities are carried out to the highest standard of safety in accordance with Company policies and workplace safety and environmental regulations
- Assist in the planning and preparation for exploration drilling programmes
- Supervise exploration drilling programmes (in conjunction with the Senior Exploration geologist), including drill rig supervision; geological logging and geological interpretation
- Ensure that drilling is completed to appropriate standards and is cost effective
- Ensure that sampling quality is maintained
- Maintain accurate records & information systems relating to geological data
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports that tracks the programmes progression

**ABOUT YOU**
To be considered for the role, you will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

- Have tertiary qualifications in Geology or equivalent
- Have previous experience in Archean gold exploration
- Have a genuine interest in exploration geology and the desire to be part of a discovery team
- Be a competent user of Microsoft Office, Micromine, or other GIS and geological modelling software
- Have a WA Class "C" manual driver's licence
