**Transformation Analyst - $100,000 - $110,000 Package**

**The role**

As a Transformation Analyst, your role will be to support the design and execution of sound delivery enablement and OCM practices within an ever changing environment. You will work closely with the Head of Change and Delivery Enablement and the Senior Managers in the team to support our Portfolios and CoE.

Coaching and support will be provided by the team to enable you build your knowledge and skills in Change and Delivery Enablement. Guided by Values; to BE Open, BE Trustworthy, BE Original and BE The Example

Your key focuses will include;
**OCM Advisory & Framework Support**
- Support the management of the Delivery framework
- Supporting regular data updates to key OCM deliverables within the OCM Framework
- Support Senior Transformation Managers with OCM Advisory Services to the Portfolios including OCM Assessments, facilitating Change Canvas Workshops and Business Case OCM inputs

**Capability Uplift Support**
- Support the development and rollout of enablement practices and relevant training programs
- Management of OCM 101 and on-boarding programs
- Support JIRA standards program and JIRA/Confluence uplift across the Portfolios
- Supporting the design and management of CoE bi-annual events

**Reporting & Platforms**
- Management and continuous improvement of LL repository, PIR Process and all associated reporting to LL action owners and PGG
- Management and continuous improvement of all CaDE JIRA boards/projects and reporting
- Management and continuous improvement of the Qtlry OCM Heatmap Report
- Management and continuous improvement of the Qltry Small Change Report

**Planning**
- Support Scrum of Scrums across the Portfolios
- Support Quarterly Big Room Planning workshops

**Experience**
- Minimum 2 Years of projects experience
- Demonstrated experience in project delivery and understanding of OCM, Agile and Waterfall delivery practices
- Understanding of business processes from an IT and operational perspective
- High level of demonstrated experience and understanding of Atlassian Jira (Project workflow/issue/backlog management & building dashboards) and/or Confluence
- Demonstrated experience in using PowerBI
- Good level of written and verbal communication skills
