The Mini Pros Program aims to provide children with the opportunity to develop their football skills and love of the game in a fun and engaging environment.

We are looking for reliable, keen, dynamic, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team on the Gold Coast to organise and run sessions at 'The Southport School' Gold Coast in Term 2 & Term 3 in 2025. Depending on what age group you are allocated, there will be regular games during term 2 and term 3 on Saturday mornings.

**The role**:

- U6/U7 School Programs (Training Only)
- U8-U10 School Programs (Training & Games in FQ Mini-Roos competition)
- Mini-Pros School Programs (4/6/8 week blocks)
- Training sessions will be located at the different South Coast based schools.
- Some attendance at Games on Saturday's within the Gold Coast area may be required.
- Training sessions will take place after school once a week from 3.30pm running for an hour (Wednesday and/or Thursday TBC).
- Plan & deliver sessions, working closely and assisted by Mini Pros & Pro-Player full-time coaching team.
- Facilitate the skill development of students with various abilities.

**Location**:

**Experience**:

- Football coaching experience with children 5-12 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Blue Card (required)
- Football coaching qualification (U6-U7 age groups e.g Mini-Roos Certificate) Desirable.
- Football coaching qualification (U8-U10 age groups e.g Foundation of Football or C Diploma) Required or working towards.

Expected Start Date: Mid Feb 2025 (School induction required in January)
