About TC1:

TC1 Australia is the quickest growing goalkeeping coaching company in Queensland. Founded by Tom Collins, he has brought the company over from the Uk where he also has 5 bases. Between the Uk and Australia bases, we currently coach 600 kids on a weekly basis along with working closely alongside multiple clubs such as Brisbane Roar.

Role Description:

We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and motivated goalkeeper coach to join our growing team. Your main responsibility will be to work as head of goalkeeping at one of Queenslands biggest clubs. You'll also be responsible for coaching and mentoring players across various ages and skill levels, helping them reach their full potential. This role is ideal for someone who loves football, has a knack for teaching, and thrives in a collaborative environment. We are passionate about developing goalkeeping talent for affordable prices and passionate about developing personal coaching careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work at one of Queenslands biggest clubs as Director of Goalkeeping
  • Deliver high-quality coaching sessions focusing on technical, tactical, and physical development.
  • Analyse players' performances and provide constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to mentorship programs, including reviewing game footage and discussing areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the delivery of game analysis packages, including tactical breakdowns and video reviews.
  • Build strong relationships with players, parents, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with modern coaching methodologies and integrate them into training sessions.
  • Maintain professionalism and uphold TC1 Coaching's values on and off the field.

Session Types:

  • Club based academy goalkeepers
  • Club based senior first team goalkeepers for training and games
  • Private 1-1 and small group sessions with goalkeepers
  • Clinics for goalkeepers
  • School based sessions

Qualifications/ must haves

Required

  • UEFA C license or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Prior coaching experience
  • Full license
  • Willingness to work flexible hours (Evenings)

Desirable

  • Ex professional background in first team or academy level
  • UEFA B or higher
