**About the Company**

Our client is one of Australia's leading manufacturers of machinery products that serves the construction and mining industries. Based at the North end of the Gold Coast, it has a global presence with facilities throughout America and Europe.

**About the role - National Service Manager**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Service Manager to provide leadership and direction to multiple facilities throughout Australia ensuring consistent service provision across all sites. With each site Service Manager reporting into you, your role will be to standardise processes to ensure all operations are carried out in a timely manner, daily service schedules are well planned, complaints are properly investigated, and problems are resolved. Reporting into the CEO, you will manage the service teams, develop and implement service strategies, drive sales and maximise customer satisfaction.

**Duties**
- Manage the service team, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement service strategies and programs to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality service
- Develop and manage service budgets and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to service operations
- Drive sales at each facility

**Skills & Experience Required**
- 3+ years of experience in service management, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills that unites and motivates the teams across all sites
- A strong customer-focused background
- Experience working in a sales environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with budgeting, and forecasting
