**Key Responsibilities**:
We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Program Manager - Stormwater Solutions to lead our division and contribute to the realization of our vision. If you are a dedicated professional looking to make a significant impact in this field, we invite you to be part of our team at PMA.
- Project Planning and Management:
- Lead the planning and execution of Stormwater Services Projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
- Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
- Ensure all Stormwater Services Projects adhere to relevant environmental regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor and report on project compliance, addressing any deviations promptly.
- Implement sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members, facilitating skill development and growth.
- Promote a safety-first culture on all projects.
- Data Collection and Reporting:
- Oversee data collection and analysis efforts, providing transparent and informed insights to clients.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients, highlighting project performance and outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in stormwater management.
- Proactively implement best practices to optimize project delivery and client satisfaction.
**To be successful in our position you will have the ability to**:
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in managing stormwater Services projects or related environmental programs.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements in the Stormwater Industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Commitment and passion to environmental sustainability and responsible project management.
- Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools along with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and use of CRM’s.
- Proven experience in successfully working autonomously and being a self-starter.
- Exceptional communications and negotiation skills in both written and verbal form
- Previous experience working in the Pipe, Waste or Construction Industry ideal.
