A key function of the role is the continuous knowledge building of the quality assurance team from a technical perspective
- Assist with loading materials and stocking the Service Technicians vans to ensure load time is minimised to 30minutes or less
- Strictly follow the instructions of the Service Technician on site
- Show an aptitude for service tasks including the required level of technical ability. This includes problem solving of site issues within the team and using initative where possible. Ask relevant questions of Service Technicians and actively be involved in on site training and knowledge progression
- Ensure all Service procedures, policies and legislative requirements are adhered to. This includes changes as advised by Service, Factory, R&D, Work Place Health & Safety and General Managers
- Ensure service vans are maintained so as to reflect a professional company image
- Ensure equipment is maintained in a safe working condition
- Ensure company issued uniform is worn, and present in a clean and professional manner

Reasonable amount of eovertime is expected and able to do overnight runs

Must hold a current WHS white card
