About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join The Advanced Group as the Commercial Housekeeper of our national office in Stapylton. As our housekeeper, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning throughout our new property, ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Daily cleaning and maintenance of our property including offices, common areas, meeting rooms and restrooms.
  2. Adhere to cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure consistent standards.
  3. Restock and organise cleaning supplies and equipment.
  4. Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the relevant manager.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service to our clients attending our property.
  6. Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a commercial cleaning or housekeeper role.
  2. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  3. Strong time management and organisational skills.
  4. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.
  5. Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.
