We’re looking for a **Group** **Social Media & Content Manager** to define and amplify the voice of **Laser Clinics** and **Skinstitut** across all content touchpoints. Reporting to the Group Head of Brand Marketing, this role is pivotal in delivering captivating brand storytelling while driving customer engagement and acquisition. Working closely with an internal creative team, the Social & Content Manager ensures a consistent and resonant brand presence that drives engagement, conversion, and lasting customer connections across all channels. **What You’ll Do**

**Lead Global Social Media Strategy**:

- Define and implement social media strategies and content pillars to enhance brand storytelling.
- Oversee both strategic planning and hands-on content creation, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and objectives.
- Align content calendars with product launches, retail schedules, and events to drive engagement.
- Standardise platform practices and ensure adherence to global social media policies.

**Create Compelling Content**:

- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketers to produce high-quality, impactful content.
- Innovate with new formats and trend-driven ideas that captivate target audiences.
- Streamline content production processes to deliver consistent, on-brand messaging.

**Drive Performance and Adaptation**:

- Monitor content performance, using insights to refine strategies and enhance audience engagement.
- Analyse competitor activity for actionable insights that strengthen brand differentiation.
- Partner with regional teams to produce data-driven performance reports.

**Foster Collaboration and Creativity**:

- Work cross-functionally with marketing teams, creatives, and external partners to achieve acquisition goals.
- Encourage innovation and problem-solving within the team to deliver exceptional results.

**We’d Feel WOW if You Have**:

- ** 5+ years of experience** in a senior social media role, **beauty or skincare industry essential**.
- Strong skills in content creation, including writing, editing, and design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Experience with analytics tools like Hootsuite or Google Analytics to measure and optimise performance.
- A proactive approach to trend-spotting and audience engagement.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
