**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support marketing team deliverables by producing content that meets the needs of business and target audiences
- Oversee ongoing editorial calendar to ensure the content team is prioritizing the most impactful projects
- Identify and nurture internal and external sources of content creation to create a pipeline of original content
- Curate internal and external content for social media platforms that ensure alignment to Marketing priorities
- Create and manage a dashboard to analyse and learn from the performance of the social media calendar
- Ensure the company employs principles of good storytelling and optimizes content for its intended audience and format
- Support the marketing teams with paid social media campaigns and align paid and owned activities for optimized performance

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Extensive Social Media experience and B2B marketing experience
- Proven ability to work in an agile, matrixed, global environment across multiple time zones
- Proven experience leading a team and working in a matrixed structure

**Skills and characteristics**:

- Passion for creating relevant content that engages our target audiences through storytelling
- Positive attitude with a proactive mindset
- Ability to develop and execute organizational content projects independently and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills
- Willingness to liaise with people across the world in multiple time zones
- Outstanding writing and editing skills
- Ability to communicate a strong point of view to regional and global leaders
- Leadership experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills
