**Your Role**
The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program (the Program) is seeking a high performing human resource professional to join the Operations Team.

This position provides workforce management and planning support to the broader Program, including regular liaison with the ERP Executive.

The role coordinates, manages and reports on all aspects of the ERP workforce including ADF members, APS employees and contractors.

As the Deputy Director, you also have supervisory responsibilities for a small team within the Operations Directorate who support workforce management as well as security and facilities management functions for the Program.

This role has responsibility for ensuring all workforce related policies and communications are up to date and well promoted, from recruitment, on boarding, induction, training and providing workforce relations advice if required.

It has responsibility for developing communication products and channels to support workforce messaging such as intranet sites, distribution lists and CIOG communication channels, as well as preparing workforce reports and running workforce related committees and meetings to ensure workforce matters are considered and addressed at the highest levels.

**About Our Team**
ERP is a large, multi-year, complex ICT program focused on standardising and integrating Defence’s finance, asset management, logistics, estate and human resource processes and systems to drive workforce efficiency and decision making superiority.

To enable this transformation, ERP will transition all applicable areas of the Department to a singular integrated SAP system.

ERP is working across Defence to deliver ICT capability, as part of a multidisciplinary team (which includes APS, ADF and full range of industry partners).

Ultimately this is a high profile position with access to the Senior Leadership, with the ERP playing a key role in helping deliver the Defence Transformation Strategy.

The ERP Operations Team comprises of a small group of professionals responsible for security, finance, accommodation, facilities, workforce management and administration support to the Program.

The team works closely with the Commercial Team and the ERP Executive to ensure compliance, transparency, due diligence and accountability across all security aspects of the Program.

They will be independent, motivated, having high levels of integrity and the ability to engage with a wide range of people to achieve outcomes.
