Role & Responsibilities

As an Epoxy Flooring & Polyurethane Cement Applicator, you will:

- Install Sand & Epoxy Screeds - Ensure level, durable, and long-lasting finishes.
- Surface Preparation - Grind, prime, and properly prep substrates for coating adhesion.
- Work with Different Product Systems - Understand epoxies, polyurethane cements, anti-slip coatings, and other specialised flooring solutions.
- Ensure Safety & Compliance - Follow industry standards, WHS regulations, and correct PPE procedures.
- Collaborate with Clients & Team - Liaise with builders, project managers, and on-site trades for seamless project execution.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Epoxy - Proven skills in commercial/industrial flooring systems.
- Knowledge of Leading Products & Systems - Understanding of different brands, material properties, and installation methods.
- Attention to Detail & High Standards - Ability to deliver quality-driven results with precision.
- Strong Physical Stamina & Work Ethic - Must be capable of handling physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to Read Plans & Safety Data Sheets - Knowledge of technical specifications and WHS procedures.

Essential Licenses & Certifications:

- Manual Driver’s License (for operating company vehicles)
- Australian Construction White Card
