About the role

Gemellini Nobby Beach is currently recruiting a Floor Supervisor to join the Gemelli family. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operations. This position is a rare opportunity, and only serious candidates will be considered.

This role is ideal for someone seeking their next career move in a large company. The hours on offer are 25-35 per week, with the possibility of a full-time salary position for the right candidate.

Duties

  • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operations
  • Lead and train a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service
  • Handle guest requests in a genuine and professional manner
  • Open and close the venue, including cashing up
  • Train new hires
