Located in the Gold Coast, Grand Tiling Services is a tiling company providing services in the Gold Coast and Brisbane region for both commercial and residential properties.

Our service includes tiling work, waterproofing and for the convenient of our customers and builders, we also supply tiles.

We seek a full-time Wall & Floor Tiler in the Gold Coast and Brisbane region.

1. Prepare, measure and mark surfaces to be covered and lay out work check and interpret plans and specifications
2. Prepare wall and floor surfaces by removing old tiles, grout, cement and adhesives
3. Fill all holes and cracks and clean the surfaces
4. Attach tiles to surfaces, using correct adhesive, making sure that patterned tiles match
5. Use tile-cutting tools to cut and shape tiles
7. Lay floors of cement, granolithic, terrazzo or similar composition
9. Carry out screeding, grouting, and caulking
10. Handle floor tiling materials and equipment
11. Ensure high quality workmanship details and finishings
12. Observe and practice Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) requirements

Qualification:
AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training / AQF Certificate IV OR at least three years full-time of relevant experience

Essential Skills and Experience:
1. At least 3 years full-time work experience as a wall and floor tiler
2. Holds a White Card
3. Experience working with epoxy grout
4. Reliable and hard working
5. Able to work independently
6. Excellent work ethic
7. Precision, accuracy and attention to details
8. Work safely and tidily
9. Good communication skills with co-workers and clients

**Salary**:
$70k - $80k plus superannuation (depending on skills and experience)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
