We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Project Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and high-performing Victorian State Government team looking after a major recruitment project.

**Your new role**:
Your daily responsibilities will be varied and will include a range of recruitment associated tasks which include;
- Attending client stakeholder meetings and strategic staffing pool planning meetings
- Building strong client relationships to secure desired outcomes
- Meeting and achieving targets relating to weekly activity KPIs and monthly/quarterly financial targets
- Ability to follow and adhere to clear process and compliance guidelines
- Data/Reporting and interpretation to formulate clear staffing action plans

**To be successful for this role, you will ideally have**:

- Full and valid work rights for Australia
- Prior work experience in HR/PC/recruitment administration or coordination highly advantageous
- Prior work experience in Not For Profit Sector, Healthcare, Disability of Social Services highly advantageous
- A passion and drive to succeed
- Be reliable, flexible and have loads of initiative and a strong work ethic
- Sound administration skills and attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- A team player

**What we can offer you**:

- Hybrid work arrangements from an office based in the Melbourne CBD - 2 days in the office, 3 from home
- Training - The Rookie Program (this can take place out of state with other new consultants across Australia), further one-on-one training with your manager, team training, desk training

- Established Project underway, join the Victorian State Government team - take on board an established Project with a major department.
