**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Forming part of the pre contracts team you will be responsible for providing cost expertise across a broad range of projects up to $200m, with a focus on medium density residential developments

**DUTIES**
- Work closely with the Development Managers and Project Managers to develop Cost Plans through to tender
- Provide cost plan / estimate project quantities and costs in preparation of tenders.
- Identify construction risk and provide value management
- Assist the team in negotiating tenders, conditions, etc
- Manage subcontractors/suppliers to ensure accurate pricing of quotations as part of the review process.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Degree qualifications in Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar
- Circa seven years relevant experience
- Thorough knowledge of Cost Planning
- Varied project experience including medium density residential
- Strong communication skills with internal and external customer focus
- Proficiency in CostX an advantage
