**Your Job**
**Supply Planner**

They will work with our marketers based on the customers forecast, the procurement team, vessel chartering team, our 3PL partners and the operations team to ensure all risks preventing DIFOT to our customers are recognised and managed.

**What You Will Do**

**Supply plan**
- Based on despatch forecast
- 18 months rolling
- To Port zone
- Contribution to improving stock turns

**Vessel plan**
- Optimised based on Supply plan
- Working with Demand planner to ensure fits with storage and terminal outload capacity

**Quality**
- Ensure product sourced and delivered meets our customers expectations

**Efficiencies**
- Leverage relationship with competitors to minimise vessel freight costs through Exchange agreements.

**Management Reporting**
- KPI's
- Producer reports
- Support business process improvement based on comparative advantage

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Data analytics
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills communicating with Internal and External stakeholders.
- Previous role in supply planning or demand planning.
- Tertiary studies in Supply Planning and or Operations
- Entrepreneurial
- Critical thinker
- Operate in strong Team environment
