**A great opportunity**

We have a great opportunity for part-time team members to join our team as a Customer Service Attendant. Delivering great times and memorable experiences to our members and visitors. There are opportunities to work in our Gaming Lounge, Lounge Bar and Reception/Concierge.

The purpose of this role is to:

- Create memorable experiences for our customers
- Educate our customers about events and activities at the club, product offerings and membership rewards
- Consistently and proactively provide customers with a high level of customer service
- Form great relationships with our members and with all members of our team
- Embrace our vision, mission and values
- Comply with the Club’s policies and procedures with regards to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) and safe food handling practices
- Proactively maintain hygiene and cleanliness in your work area
- Be willing and able to work in a variety of areas within the club
- Be open to training and development opportunities and willing to learn all aspects of the club
- Help the club to continuously improve and strive for a constructive culture where all are welcome

Skills required / desired
- Excellent communication and cash handling skills
- Excellent personal presentation
- RSA and RCG
- Willing and able to work hours required in hospitality. We operate 7 days a week with shifts between the hours of 08:30 am - 04:00 am
