**A great opportunity**
A rare opportunity for full-time work in hospitality with amazing development opportunities The role operates front of house; driving our customer service standards and role modelling the vision and values of our club. When you aren't providing exceptional customer service in our bars, gaming area or on the front desk, you will be coaching and providing leadership to our team in a relief supervisor capacity.
We are looking for someone with drive and passion who is keen to develop their skills in leadership and progress their career. The role will operate across all service areas of our venue (such as bars, concierge, gaming, and event) while stepping into leadership when needed to support our Shift Supervisor team. Some responsibilities include:
- Create memorable experiences for our customers.
- Educate our customers about what’s on at the club, product offerings and membership rewards.
- Consistently and proactively provide customers with a high level of customer service.
- Embrace the Club’s Vision, Mission and Values.
- Comply with the Club’s policies and procedures (e.g RSA/RCG, safe food handling).
- Implement and champion change as part of a progressive and evolving organisation
- Support and coordinate training, onboarding, and coaching of new starters to the organisation
- Day-to-day management of Club Operations - including opening and closing, cash handling, legislative compliance, and grievance handling
- Monitor and respond to service levels - received goods, response times, service quality, - and assist where appropriate.

- Current RSA and RCG Competency
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters, overnight, weekends and public holidays in line with our trading hours
