About the Role:

We're looking for a Front Counter Manager to run the day-to-day operations at our Roselands store.

This role suits someone confident in customer service, organised with admin tasks, and capable of managing front counter sales while supporting the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front counter sales and assist walk-in trade customers
  • Process orders, invoices, and phone/email enquiries
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff for stock and dispatch
  • Handle cash and account payments
  • Maintain product displays and a clean, professional workspace
  • General office and admin duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous retail, trade, or warehouse counter experience preferred
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Reliable, well-presented, and customer-focused
  • Experience with construction, waterproofing, or building supplies is a plus

Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday morning if required)

Job Types: Full-time, Subcontract

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
