**Role Overview**
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be the central link between the Property Research team and the Credit department, and you'll be responsible for managing a wide range of tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of our business.
**Key Responsibilities**
- General ad-hoc administration/research tasks
- Act as a middle person between the Property Research team and Credit department
- Effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Requesting valuation quotes, instructions and reassignments
- Ensuring valuation reports are delivered in a timely manner
- Preparing concise summaries and reports for higher management
- Presenting market research and analysis
