**What You’ll Be Doing**
In this role, you'll be responsible for the administration, troubleshooting, and deployment of hardware and software across various locations. Your day-to-day activities will involve providing technical support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and performing proactive maintenance on technology systems. With a strong focus on customer service and technical expertise, you’ll help maintain the technology infrastructure and contribute to overall operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support and maintain the technology infrastructure, including computer systems, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and software (both on-site and remote).
- Provide timely and effective resolution of technical issues for end-users.
- Maintain and monitor local site networks, security systems, servers, and backup systems.
- Ensure proactive maintenance of both hardware and software infrastructure.
- Manage assigned tasks in line with technology service levels and KPIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, investigating root causes to minimize recurrence.
- Handle incident escalations to quickly restore service and minimize disruption.
- Maintain accurate documentation on change requests, approvals, implementation plans, and post-implementation reviews.
- Assess potential risks associated with changes and develop mitigation strategies with relevant stakeholders.

**The Type of Person Who Will Be Successful in This Role**

**Key Skills and Attributes**:

- 1-2 years of experience in IT (healthcare industry experience is a plus).
- A TAFE course or relevant qualification in IT is desirable.
- Strong understanding of the ITIL framework.
- Excellent technical and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with emerging technologies.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with business partners.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Conflict resolution skills and the ability to deliver positive outcomes.
- Must have full work rights within Australia.
