**How you will make an impact**

**Interface Design & Configuration**
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to design, configure and test HL7, FHIR and other healthcare interfaces.
- Ensure interfaces meet clinical and operational requirements for systems such as EHRs, coding platforms and transcription tools.

**Integration & Data Mapping**
- Perform data mapping between source and target systems.
- Support integration of Solventum solutions with client environments, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

**Technical Troubleshooting & Support**
- Diagnose and resolve interface-related issues during implementation and post-deployment.
- Provide Level 2/3 support for interface incidents and collaborate with engineering teams for resolution.

**Documentation & Compliance**
- Create and maintain interface specifications, configuration guides and support documentation.
- Ensure interfaces comply with healthcare data standards and privacy regulations

**Client Collaboration**
- Work directly with client IT teams to validate interface requirements and coordinate testing.
- Provide guidance on interface best practices and support go-live activities

**Additional Job Description**To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or similar AND 3 years of experience in Healthcare IT interface development

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

- 3+ years of experience in healthcare interface development or support (e.g. HL7, FHIR, API integrations).
- 3+ years of experience with EHR systems and clinical data workflows.
- 3+ years of experience with a strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards and data privacy regulations.
- 3+ years of experience with interface engines (e.g. Mirth, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf) and scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript, Python).

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Strong knowledge of HL7, FHIR and healthcare compliance standards.
- Be able to write optimal SQL queries and understand stored procedures for MS SQL Server
- Good understanding of JSON, XML, XSL(T)
- Programming experience in C#
- Experience implementing interfaces in hospital or clinical environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple interface projects and meet deadlines.
