Pos/cb (Point of Sale/chargeback) Analyst, Anz

**The Impact You’ll Make in this Role**

As a(n)**ANZ POS/CB Analyst**, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
**Data Acquisition**
- Work independently with vendors & CP for acquisition of partner POS. Ensure that data is delivered in the format required. Interact with channel partners as needed to facilitate smooth delivery of channel partner POS

**Data Cleansing**
- On going responsibility for data Hygiene and cleaning removal of Duplicate entries etc. Work with Genpact to facilitate the cleansing of end user customer address & 3M product information respectively.

**Team collaboration**
- Liaise with other members of the POS team and also within MSO and the business on an ongoing basis. Work closely with the channel partners to ensure timely and quality reporting of POS data. Work closely with the Business Groups to ensure expectations are aligned on POS and related topics.

**Data Analytics**
- Develop POS reports and analysis to support the organization’s needs within 14 working days of request. Demonstrate knowledge & understanding of SAP Business Objects system. Create and/or modify BI Reports. Delivery of required metrics on time and in full as required. Be responsible for Data interrogation and exploration analysis prior to data loading.

**Process Design & Automation**
- Develop process models to support the organization’s workflows.

Implement changes & improvements as needed to align with business environment.

Develop improvements to workflow on a risk-based assessment. Proceed with low risk changes independently. Proceed with moderate or high-risk changes with manager approval.

**Systems understanding**
- Demonstrate knowledge & understand of all internal systems including COPS, CRM, Image Now, PBI, BO, GTMS & Lotus Notes.

**Your Skills and Expertise**

**To set you up for success in this role from day one, the following qualifications are required**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Three (3) years of experience in Large Data Manipulation and clean up in a private, public, government or military environment
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex systems.
- Competence in MS Office and Excel - able to work with Pivot Tables, V look ups etc

**Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include**:

- [Master's] degree from an accredited institution.
- Tertiary qualifications in a Business or Unit related function preferred
- Experience with SAP Business Objects
- Strong project Management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- A knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean or Agile
