**Our Team**

Our Finance Solutions team operates within our national Capital Markets and Corporate line of business, and is a recognised market-leading practice, consistently rated in Chambers Global/Asia Pacific. They are a team of industry specialists led by partner James Mok and includes partners Matt Cunningham, Leigh De Jong and Amela McPherson among others. The team acts for major lenders, banking institutions and leading corporates across the full spectrum of financing transactions, including corporate finance, property finance, project finance, asset and structured finance.

**Your Role**

You will be working on a broad range of corporate finance matters spanning secured, unsecured, syndicated, club and bilateral transactions, both cross-border and domestic. You will enjoy a fascinating variety of legal work as part of a collaborative national team.

You will be part of a close, supportive team working closely with senior lawyers and Partners who will enable you to develop your professional brand as a lawyer.

**More About You**
- ideally 3+ years legal experience in banking & finance with an interest in corporate finance, including institutional and corporate lending, syndications, acquisition and leveraged finance gained within a reputable commercial law firm or professional services firm
- strong drafting and communication skills
- ability to manage a busy file load and meet deadlines
- ability to form enduring relationships with peers, clients and industry experts
- a team player attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with other lawyers in the group
